About Us

Created in The Hudson Valley in Upstate New York, Gourmetibles® was started by two sisters who love to cook and love to eat! And of course, always love something sweet!

Regina and Anne's story:

Gourmetibles® began with an outrageous treat, we loved to eat!

It all started with our Way Out Walnut flavor, known simply as 'Saltine Candy' back then. We sold a variety of confections at a local craft fair one year and everyone that tasted our chocolate walnut confection with that addictive salty/sweet flavor asked us, "Where can we get more of this?" and "Is it sold in any stores?"

That's when the idea hit us that we had something that people really wanted more of! That was our first craft fair and since then we have done many more, all with the same response from the tasters. Fortunately, now we can tell them to visit us on the web when they want to order more or go to one of a variety of local stores where our products are sold.

Since that first fair we have played with a lot of different flavor combinations and now carry a line of SEVEN, each flavor more delicious than the next. Most flavors still offer that salty/sweet combination. If that's not what you are looking for, our More Than S'Mores and Pep'mint Power flavors leave off the salt, for the true sweet tooth.
